F-16 HUD Support

Key Delivery

As soon as you have paid for the F-16 HUD product, you should receive your key within 24 hours. Some customers complained they did not receive their key on time. We are sorry about this, but we always send the key within 24 hours as it is written on this website. The problem is that our ISP (Internet Service Provider) is black-listed by some other ISPs, which means the key we send my mail sometimes does not arrive to you.
The problem has been fixed since then, but if it happens again, please send us an e-mail to let us know and your key will be sent through another channel.

Trial Version Expiration

A trial version of the F-16 HUD is available. It works during 15 days after the installation. Some users reported the trial version is expired as soon as it is installed, which is not normal. We were unable to reproduce this problem on our machines that are all using Windows XP. If you experience this problem, please let us know by clicking here and please help us to get rid of that problem. It is very hard for us to fix a problem that we can not reproduce.

F-16 Panel

The F-16 panel is freeware and the SImScape HUD and the Eric Marciano's radar are paying. These paying parts are optional, you can download the panel and use it for free. For this reason, only the HUD and the radar are supported. The HUD is supported by SimScape and the radar is supported by Eric Marciano.

Nevertheless, some users reported a problem with the EFIS screens of the F-16 panel. An expiration date has been implemented in these EFIS to prevent any commercial usage of this freeware material. We are sorry about this, but we saw in the past that some people do not care about the right of free software and use it in commercial packages, which is illegal. When the EFIS expiration date will arrive, a new version of the panel will be available here to let you use them again.
Some users reported that the EFIS screens appear as expired as soon as they are installed. This is not normal. It seems it happens on Windows Vista only. As we have WIndows XP only, we were unable to reproduce this problem. If you experience it, please let us know and help us solving this problem.
